This work inspired my book, One Heart Affirmations, which was published in 2018 and continues to touch lives around the world.
Affirmations are included in every consultation and are created with intention, presence, and deep energetic attunement.
Many clients continue to use their affirmations long after our session, weaving them into their daily practices as a source of strength and inspiration. I also offer affirmation updates to reflect new chapters or evolving life circumstances, keeping them relevant, potent, and alive.
