‍The focus of the mentoring sessions is to support the deepening of your relationship with crystal singing bowls through one to one consultations.

The areas of focus will include some of the following:

• crystal singing bowl health and happiness

• playing techniques

• musicality

• preparing a playlist

• self-care

• creating sacred sound spaces

• composition

Each person's journey is unique. An initial session will start the process.

After our first session, we will discuss the personalised program and how best this will work for you.

I normally conduct these sessions via Zoom or Skype, but am happy to do consultations in person if requested.

Crystal Sound Therapy with alchemy crystal singing bowls - Initial Consultation

‍Our first session will start with a comprehensive consultation which will lead into the creation of your personal intention. This intention will form the basis of the sound healing session. We know energy follows thought and we know crystal singing bowls have the frequency to amplify and magnify focussed energy. Working with your personal intention, our aim is to create balance and harmony on all levels. This will bring your physical body and your subtle energy fields into resonance, ultimately finding your peaceful place within, so you can experience stillness. This is where deep transformation occurs.

Crystal Sound Therapy with crystal singing bowls - Ongoing

Crystal Sound Therapy sessions will be personalised to your situation and frequency. These follow up sessions will be discussed at our initial consultation. Discovering the patterns of thought, behaviour and beliefs you wish to keep or shift and change is a pathway to self-awareness and empowerment. The crystal singing bowls and I will work with you using advanced therapeutic techniques to support your quest for happiness and well-being.
