I reach out to the gentle part of me
And touch the essence of my Soul
I abandon and release the bands around my heart
And in the process I let go of the need to be perfect.

Beneath my fractured ego
I find my gentle nature
It smiles at me and says hello
I recognize my wisest friend
I listen to the pure sound resonating inside of me.

Having found it now inside my heart
I begin to recognize it in others
I recognize it in people like myself
I recognize it in people different from me
I feel my heart respond gently to their hearts
We smile.

We feel deep inside
That we are not separate
We radiate as Light
With One Heart.
