The Crystal Singing Bowl Intensive retreat is designed particularly for those who want to go deeper into their connection with their crystal singing bowls - alchemy and classic frosted.

3 day Workshop content

• Explore your relationship with the Mineral Kingdom
• Practise crystal bowl playing techniques using different playing wands: percussion, rubber ball, Zen, suede and silicon
• Learn to lead meditations with crystal singing bowls
• Explore musicality - silences, pauses and stillness
• Learn how to ensure your crystal bowls last a lifetime
• Experience deep relaxation
• Time to feel your connection to your crystal bowls working towards becoming at One with their energy
