Create your own healing circle Create a healing circle of Light wherever you wish to meditate. By creating an area of beauty, invoking refined energies of love to cleanse and uplift the energies and then dedicate the mandala to be used for a specific purpose is to create a sacred area where you can absorb and integrate divine connection with the Angels of Light and Love. Create the sacred area using whatever elements are special to you. This is what I did - I have a beautiful large silver tray. On the tray I place my special quartz crystal clusters and a Master Deva crystal generator, carved picture of Mary and Jesus, a statue of Buddha, a rock salt crystal lamp and a pedestal tray upon which the names are written on paper and sealed with a heart. It is important to put the person's full name. Each day I light the 8 hour candle inside the salt lamp and let it burn down. The light from my lamp is a beautiful golden colour. I have a quiet period of time where I say prayers and do my Reiki symbols over the mandala (the silver tray with treasures) and feel a peaceful vibrations of love and compassion in my heart. I leave the names there for several weeks unless asked otherwise. I then ceremoniously burn the names bringing the focussed healing to a conclusion. I then start over again.

In creating a Crystal Mandala, Energy Grid or Altar we are creating a sacred space where we are more able to become receptive to vibrations and energies that are more refined, more subtle than we are used to in our everyday lives. Meditating within sacred space can lead to higher states of consciousness. Spiritual practice is a vital part of developing a sacred space and a Crystal Mandala. We are creating a focal point for bringing universal light into the physical plane. By creating a sacred symbolic space, we are able to align with higher vibrational frequencies as the Crystal Mandala acts as a portal or window where beings of light can communicate with us. Through the vibrational window of light we can receive guidance, information and support. By using our mind intent and sacred elements to assist in centering and focusing energy, a vortex can be created through which highly refined vibrational energies can link into this denser three-dimensional vibratory field. This energy then becomes available for us to use in accordance with Divine Laws. The Sounds of Peace The "Sounds of Peace" concerts have been held in St Marys Cathedral, Sydney, Northcote church, Melbourne, Mary McKillop Centre, Sydney and the Brahma Kumaris Centre for Spiritual Learning in Leura, Blue Mountains.
These concerts are organised as community concerts for PEACE where together we create and feel ancient and healing sounds. A vibration of peace resonates in our hearts. This resonance then extends out into our community and beyond carried by the morphic resonance around the world.
