Transforming with Crystal Sound 2 day workshop

We will immerse ourselves in sacred sound, activate cellular memory, integrate higher frequencies of light and experience a deeper connection to Soul

You will learn:

    * how to play a wide range of crystal bowl notes and sizes
    * a brief history of sound
    * the Fundamental Sound and Imagery meditation breath technique, and
    * how vibration works

You will experience:

    * the transformation effect of sound through voice, drum, angel chime, breath and crystal bowl sound
    * giving and receiving sacred sound with the voice, and
    * a beautiful group crystal sound bath
    * a transformational crystal vibrational sound session each day
