Affirmations from the HEART

It all began in a Vision I had many years ago where I saw myself recording a collection of music, a special kind of music that would benefit people healing from physical, emotional and mental maladies. At the time, I couldn't see how this could possibly come true, as I was not a musician and although music was a major part of my life, I did not know how to play a musical instrument.

Years later this Vision did come true when I recorded the first of what was to become a series of recordings with the sounds of the ethereal Quartz Crystal 'Singing' Bowls. The first one is called "Opening the heart to Compassion", the second "Opening the heart to JOY" and the third “Opening the heart to LOVE” with more to follow.

Bringing sound into my healing and teaching work has in turn opened my heart to more clearly hear the guidance from the Angelic Beings of Light that guide my work. I began to write Affirmations for clients as an integral part of our healing consultations. The Affirmation assists each person to consciously direct their attention to their true Vision. Energy follows thought and where we place our attention our energy follows. By consciously choosing to place energy on the Affirmation - the Vision - manifestation is assured. The Affirmation is then magnified and amplified by the sound vibration from the Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls.

The Affirmation also forms the basis for the maintenance plan to be continued after our consultation together. I believe taking ongoing responsibility for maintaining the positive shift in energy that has occurred during the sound session is an empowering experience. By strengthening our awareness as to where our energy is and how we can build the discipline to direct it in a more powerful way leads us to self -mastery.

The sound of the crystal bowls and the power of the spoken word shift patterns of thought, emotional blockages, spiritual confusion and physical imbalance more quickly than any other healing modality I know. In my years of experience I have found this combination has assisted people to more easily reach the place they called Peace. Within the stillness - deep and lasting healing can occur.

I have always believed in the power of prayer. To enter into a spiritual union with God through prayer is to lift our vibratory frequency to a more refined level. Rather than staying in the mundane we are lifted to the celestial realm. We are more able to feel God or feel at one with Universal Consciousness or whatever term you wish to use when speaking about the Source of Light. Why is this so?

We live in a world where there is no such thing as solid matter. Every thing - the universe, the stars and planets, trees, the human body right down to the smallest particle oscillates and vibrates. We vibrate at different frequencies depending on our thoughts, emotions and physical well being. We choose our thoughts - we may not always be conscious that we have made a choice, however we do have the power to become more conscious and become aware of how our thoughts and feelings direct and affect our lives. I believe that by making decisions based on awareness we empower ourselves to create the life we want. Who amongst us hasn't felt how small and constricted we become when we experience anger and frustration. Remember how expanded and uplifted we become when we feel love and joy. We don't serve the world or ourselves by playing small and allowing fear and anger to dominate our thoughts and feelings. Any situation can be changed in a moment. We have the power to do that. We have power over our thoughts and attitudes. Healing is quite literally - a breath away.

An Affirmation is a positive statement. An intention is the act of deciding upon some action or result. "Affirmations from the HEART" are a combination of prayer with intention stated in a way that brings about manifestation. Being very clear about what you want to transform and manifest, holding that in your heart and placing your energy - your focus - on the outcome without any measure of doubt, is the key to manifestation. To choose the Affirmation which is "right" for you in any given moment is a very simple process.

The tool we use is Intuition. It is one of the gifts we receive when we come into this world. Everybody has it. My clients and students have been amazed at how naturally intuitive they are. Many of us have not realised that we know more about themselves than any other person. My role as a teacher and therapist is to be a catalyst and a guide for each client and student to access their own inner knowing. Personal power is necessary for health, for positive transformation, for creating the life you want. Accepting your own intuitive resources is another powerful step towards self-mastery.

The vibration of words deeply felt in the heart, connecting with the Vision, sense or feeling of those words in the mind, set up a vibratory pattern - an energetic force field that, when combined with an absolute belief that what is envisioned will happen, creates the vibration of manifestation.
